- Description
- The 900th Contingency Contracting Battalion (CCBn), Fort Bragg, North Carolina has a requirement to provide Defense Enrollment and Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)/Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS), Common Access Card (CAC) support services for the Installation and Management Command (IMCOM), Directorate of Human Resources (DHR), at Ft. Bragg, NC. The contractor shall perform all operations for the issuance of CAC Identification (ID) Cards to Uniformed Services active duty members, Selected Reserves, DoD civilians employees, and other eligible recipients, as well as providing ID cards to military retirees, family members and other eligible recipients. All services are to be performed at the Soldier Support Center, Bldg 4-2843, Normandy Drive, Fort Bragg, NC The 900th CCBn intends to issue Solicitation Number: W91247-14-T-0007 on or around 01 May 2014 as a total small business set-aside. The resultant contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a period of performance of 12 months with two (2) 12 month options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541612 quote mark Human Resources Consulting Services quote mark with a size standard of $14M. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is anticipated to be issued on or around 01 May 2014, the actual closing date will be stated in the RFQ. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All offerors shall ensure that they have completed the annual representations and certificates electronically via https://www.acquisition.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
