- This solicitation is to obtain three separate services for USDA Forest Service and USDI - Bureau of Land Management (BLM) enployees. Services include a wellness testing program (blood profile), health/wellness topic presentation, and flu shots. The wellness testing, blood profile, and flu shots shall be provided at each Forest Service and BLM location in Lake and Klamath Counties. Locations for the Forest Service are Bly Ranger District in Bly, OR, Lakeview Ranger District and Fremont-Winema Headquarters in Lakeview, OR, Paisley Ranger District in Paisley, OR Silver Lake Ranger District in Silver Lake, OR, Chiloquin Ranger District in Chiloquin, OR, Chemult Ranger District in Chemult, OR Locations for the BLM are the Lakeview Resource Area Office in Lakeview, OR, and the Klamath Falls Resource Area Office in Klamath Falls, OR. The Health/Wellness topic presentation is to provide information on a particular health or wellness related topic to be done ahd the Headquarters Office located in Lakeview, OR, and broadcast to the other participating units via video telecommunications equipment.
