- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 22130, intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to L-3 Communications Westwood., located at 12402 E. 60th Street P.O. Box 35493, Tulsa, OK 74153. The parts must be compatible and interchangeable with the existing equipment which meets specific critical design, function and operational requirements necessary for mission support. The subject hardware is part of the TACMOBILE Mobile Tactical Operations Center 2.1. System. Delivery required 90 days ARO. 3 each Part # 96-23754 Computer Interface Module CIM VI 25 each Part # 96-23545 Keypad Assy Control Box 1 each Part # 96-23534 Sender Temperature 10 each Part # 88-22662 Lamp incandescent 6S6-30V Green To be delivered to: US Navy/ Receiving Officer SPAWAR Atlantic Charleston, SC 1008 Trident Street Attn: Michelle Lemon Hanahan, SC 29410 This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotes. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible small business sources with the capability to provide the support and will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, May 1, 2014. Please include the following information on your quote: Payment Terms; FOB Point and Shipping costs if applicable; delivery date; Tax ID Number; Cage Code; POC e- mail address. The Government will accept proposals via email at: tammy.vaughan@navy.mil. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 335313. All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting invoices for payment. Information to register can be found at www.sam.gov.
