The purpose of this Request for offers is to seek competent and qualified contractors to perform Demolition and Abatement Services for the Admin Wing Restrooms at the Seattle Air Route Traffic Control Center located in Auburn, WA. Please see Request for Offers package for the complete Scope of Work. -Estimated value: Between $100,000-$250,000 -Applicable NAICS code: 562910 REMEDIATION SERVICES -A site visit will be held on WEDNESDAY MAY 7th at 1:00 PM PT. Contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding on the project.
