- SWMS Group B Draft RFP RAVEN MRX Statement of Work This notice includes draft information regarding the SOCOM Wide Mission Support Group B acquisition (Small Business Set-Aside). This notice is provided for purposes of providing industry with the most current information regarding Group B and to receive industry feedback on the draft RFP. Those contractors interested in proposing on this effort and desiring to provide value added feedback on the draft RFP must provide their comments/questions through the All Partners Access Network (APAN) NLT 05 May 2014, 1400 hrs EDT. Please review the document in its entirety and submit only one comment document per company. Interested parties with questions or comments regarding the SWMS acquisition must submit them to the SWMS Acquisition site. This is accomplished as follows: All Partners Access Network (APAN) Registration 1. Create an account A. Create an All Partners Access Network (APAN) account at: https://www.apan.org/ (Registration is free) B. Click on "Create an Account" at the top of the page C. Fill out the form and click "Continue" D. Validate account by clicking the link that was sent to your email 2. Ask a question or submit comments: A. Access the SWMS Acquisition site at: https://wss.apan.org/socom/SWMS B. Click on "Ask SWMS a Question" C. Complete the form D. Click "Submit" Answers to questions and responses to comments will be posted at both the Federal Business Opportunities site (https://www.fbo.gov/) and the SWMS Acquisition site (https://wss.apan.org/socom/SWMS). Do not send questions or comments via email to SWMS@socom.mil. Questions sent to SWMS@socom.mil may not be answered.
