This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a hard copy solicitation will not be issued. Offerors will be notified of any and all applicable amendments to this solicitation electronically through FedBizOpps. The solicitation number is HQ0034-14-R-0093. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-72 dated 30 January 2014. This RFP is a 100% small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541720, "Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities".
