- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Manufacturer: L-3 Services, Inc., P/N: 800-7503-001, Description: Insyte Software only Latest Version Insyte Software w/Software Only License CD, Version 4.2.443, Qty: 11 ea. No other product will be accepted. Brand name only - An equal product will not be accepted. This is a "Small Business Set-Aside only. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. This action will be conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. NAICS is 423430. Award will be made on an all or nothing basis. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the BRAND NAME product cited and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The part number must be the manufacturer's part number. All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting invoices for payment. Information to register can be found at www.sam.gov. Invoices must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Information can be found at https://wawf.eb.mil. Vendor training is available on the internet at https://wawftraining.eb.mil. Quotes are due to the Contract Specialist, Victoria Franklin at victoria.franklin@navy.mil by 09:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, April 29, 2014. The Government will not pay for any information received. Electronic delivery address will be provided upon award. All quotes must include your DUNS number, Cage Code, Tax ID, shipping charge and delivery lead time after award of contract on your quote.
