- Supply of a fall protection package to replace, upgrade and comply with new EM-385-1-1 and ANSI 359.1 standards. The offeror must submit technical data such as manufacturer cut sheets, photos, and technical specifications on all proposed equipment to show conformance with the specifications. In addition the fall protection equipment shall be from the same manufacturer to ensure integral interaction between all components. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov ON or AROUND April 25, 2014. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. No telephone or faxed requests will be accepted. Registration requirements (applicable to US firms only, as required by DFARS 204.7300), all US contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. www.sam.gov.
