- Ultra high Speed Video Camera and Flash System. Requirement, minimums and maximums, Offer's proposed minimums and maximums. Ultra High Speed Video Camera and Flash System. The high frame rate camera will be a high end replacement for our historic eletro-static focus image tube based framing cameras. We are seeking a higher resolution distortion free images with very fast exposure time and frame rate with microchannel plate gating. The illuminator will support bright scene illumination needed to capture quality images with very short exposure times.
