- Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to National Conveyors Company, Inc., 33 Nicholson Road, East Granby, CT 06026 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), 'Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.' This requirement is for Blower Model 721-RCS-JV, CCW Rotation which is part of the ash removal system on the boilers at the steam plant (Bldg 1700) at Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M67001-14-T-1143) will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 3:00 PM EDST, 1 May 2014, via facsimile or email.
