- BrandNameJustificationDell7010Minitowers The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, IL intends to purchase a quantity of 50 each Dell OptiPlex 7010 Minitower Workstations. The Government intends to purchase this requirement by award of a delivery order under the CHESS Consolidated Buy hardware contracts. These types of orders are Firm Fixed Price orders. In accordance with the CHESS ordering guidelines, the fair opportunity will be given to all CHESS Consolidated Buy multiple award contract holders. A brand name justification has been approved and is being posted with this announcement. Market Research has revealed that more than one CHESS multiple award contract holder can provide the required items. When this is true the procurement must be made from CHESS IAW AFARS 5139.101.
