- Description
- J&A--Fair Opportunity Exception IAW FAR 16.505(b)(2). The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) awarded a limited source task order under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2) to the Corporate Executive Board for membership to CEB Human Resources Leadership Council for NARA employees from 04/10/2014 to 04/09/2015, plus four (4) option years. The membership includes access to research content and individual services over the term of the agreement. Also, the membership includes access to the CEB website for print publications, access to program teleconferences, webinars, access to executive networking, proven best practices, research and insight, peer benchmarks, decision and diagnostic tools, advisory support, and live and/or online learning events for senior executives. The date of award was April 10, 2014. This NOTICE is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) and no solicitation will be publicized. This notice is being issued in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D). A determination by the Government not to compete this contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. See attached for the Justification and Approval for the Exemption to Fair Opportunity issued in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2).
