- Subject: Notice of Intent to Sole Source Description: Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract for Feith Server Maintenance THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Intelligence and Security Command of the U.S. Army (INSCOM) on behalf of the 310th Battalion intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Feith Inc for server maintenance. The applicable NAICS code is 511210. This sole source acquisition is in compliance with the statutory authority as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b); Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. A solicitation document does not exist. Interested persons may respond to the requirement by furnishing justification and supporting information regarding their ability as a qualified source to provide these services to the government. We will consider all responses received prior to 12:00 pm EST. April 29, 2014. Interested parties' information will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
