For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX4F0178AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 30 each / 90 each maximum, Cylinder Assy, Dampe, NSN: 1615-01-085-5319, Part Number: 70106-08001-042,BE UH-60 (Blackhawk) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 258 days after contract award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 143 DACA with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: Ordering Period One -30 each, Ordering Period Two -15 each, Ordering Period Three -15 each, Ordering Period Four -15 each, and Ordering Period Five -15 each. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction (OCT 2013). Since Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procure X system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at https//dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. This document contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751 ET Seq) or Executive Order 12470. Violation of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties.
