- Solicitation This solicitation is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Div has a sole source requirement for the following XILINX parts: 1) XC18V04VQ44C PROM 84 EACH 2) XC95288XL-10PQ208I CPLD 10 EACH 3) XC9536XL-10PC44I CPLD 14 EACH 4) XC9572XL-10VQ44I CPLD 10 EACH 5) XQV1000-4BG560N FPGA 6 EACH 6) XQV100-4PQ240N FPGA 9 EACH Firm Fixed prices are being solicited. This requirement is being issued as a sole source for XILINX Brand Name parts only. OEM is XILINX INC 2100 LOGIC DRIVE SAN JOSE CA 95124, or authorized distributor/reseller. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-14-T-0146; is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Offers may be faxed to Eugene Colvin, FAX 812-854-3471 or e-mailed to eugene.colvin@navy.mil. All required information must be received on or before 4:30PM local time. THESE SPECIFIC XILINX PARTS ARE REQUIRED AS EXACT FORM, FIT AND FUNCTION REPAIR PARTS. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT HAVE LEVEL III DRAWING PACKAGES FOR COMPETITIVE PURPOSES. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT HAVE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION ASSOICATED WITH THESE XILINX PART NUMBERS.
