- USAID STAFF HOUSE MANAGEMENT SERVICES An international organization (IO) is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide management and food services for four guest houses having five-six bed rooms at each guest house facilities in Islamabad, Pakistan. The guest house will be managed by a Management Service Company (Contractor) who will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of this facility. The contractor shall provide an English speaking manager who will provide administrative direction and oversight of the contractor's staff and will follow the established policies and procedures.
