- Draft PWS We are seeking information from small business concerns interested in performing waste management services for the period beginning 1 Jan 15. Please respond with a short (not to exceed one page) statement of interest, capabilities, and background performing waste management services. Please include your CAGE code, DUNS number, and type of small business (veteran-owned, woman-owned, small disadvantaged, etc). The NAICS code is 562111 and the size standard is $35,000,000. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform landfill management, waste sterilization, refuse collection, disposal and recycling and to perform pavement clearance (sweeping) to include but not limited to: removal of sand, soil, aggregates, vegetation, grass, metals, and other foreign matter from paved roadways and parking lots to all U.S. Naval Base Guam Activities and tenants, Industrial and U.S. Naval Hospital Facilities (Medical Treatment Facilities) on Guam, other U.S. Military Activities or DoD/Federal Agencies at various activities/locations, Guam, M.I. as described in the attache draft PWS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ATTACHED DRAFT PWS IS NOT FINAL AND IS ONLY PROVIDED FOR SMALL BUSINESSES TO GAUGE THE APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE REQUIREMENT. THERE MAY BE ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE DOCUMENT, OR ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS MAY BE INCORPORATED INTO THE FINAL PWS. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this RFI will not be returned. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future and potential solicitation. It is the intent of the Contracting Office to use this information for market research purposes only. If a formal solicitation is released, it will be via the Federal Business Opportunities (http://www.fbo.gov). The Government currently does not have funds available for this project. The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this request for information
