Description

The NETCOM/9th Signal Command has a non-personal services requirement for local telephone services for the Military Exchange Processing Station (MEPS) 2800 North Central Avenue, Suite 400, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Request for Quote (RFQ) W91RUS-14-T-0106 is for a commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a base performance period of one year (12 months) and will include four, one-year option periods. Potential offerors must be certified by the State of Arizona and shall provide local commercial communications services to Phoeniz, AZ-MEPS, including, as a minimum but not limited to: commercial business lines, directory listing and number portability. This RFQ is unrestricted; quotes from all responsible sources will be considered. The SIC for this acquisition is 4813; the NAICS is 517110 with size standard of 1500 employees. The RFQ is anticipated to be released on or about 13 May 2014, it can be viewed and downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities site (FedBizOpps) https://www.fbo.gov, search by the solicitation number. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to visit the aforementioned website periodically and to download solicitation information and any amendments. All questions related to this notice must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Contracting Officer. Ensure the solicitation number W91RUS-14-T-0106 is cited on your email.
