- Amendment 0009 Please review Amendment 0009 changing the proposal due date from 2 May 14 @ 3:00PM EST to 16 May 14 @3:00PM EST. An additional amendment will be released in the near future changing the Sample Project Statement of Work. Section J -List of Documents, Exhibits and other attachments has not actually been changed and will be adjusted in the next modification. Please review Amendment 0008 and attachment. Please review Amendment 0007 and attachments. Note that Attachment 1 is listed as having 218 pages, however, only the first 25 are being posted as they are the revised Statement of Work. The remaining pages in Attachment 1 that were initially posted remain the same. The Government will be issuing an amendment to FA4809-13-R-0002 to extend the proposal due date, to correct the numbering of the RFI's previously posted, post new RFI's, and revise the Statements of Work for the MACC basic contract and the sample project. The Government anticipates issuing this amendment by 5:00pm EST 10 April 2014. Please review Amendment 0006 and attachments. Please review Amendment 0005 and attachments. Amendments 3 through 10 that were posted on 11 March 2014 were posted erroneously. The intent of the posting was to have one amendment with several attachments, not multiple different amendments. Amendments 3 through 10 have been deleted to correct this error. Amendment 3 will be reposted with the attachments properly posted. FA4809-13-R-0002, Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) IDIQ Seymour Johnson AFB, (Wayne County) North Carolina, has a requirement for Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and intends to issue a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 30 Jan 14 via Fed Biz Opps. Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to complete the Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. This will be a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for design and construction efforts at Seymour Johnson AFB, Dare County Bomb Range, and Fort Fisher, NC. Projects under this design-build IDIQ contract will consist of construction work based on a general statement of work further defined with each individual task order. The work involved will be in the general construction category to include maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, paving and earthwork. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $33,500,000.00. The contract type will be firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity with a base period of one year and four option periods of one year each. The anticipated guaranteed minimum is $2,000.00 for the life of the contract and the anticipated maximum contract amount is $90,000,000.00. Individual jobs or task orders against the contract will vary in anticipated size ranging from $2,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The intent is to award a minimum of four contracts as a result of the solicitation; however, awards may vary dependent upon the interest shown. This procurement is being solicited to 8 (a) firms that have a Certificate of Existence or Certificate of Authority on file with the state of North Carolina. This is a Requirement to perform work in the State of North Carolina. Only North Carolina District Office Participants or 8(a) firms that have been reviewed by the North Carolina District Office and approved as having a Bonafide Office in the State of North Carolina are eligible to respond to this solicitation. The successful contractor(s) will be selected using lowest price technically acceptable source selection procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the Government. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website www.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by this Agency.
