- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is L14PS00393 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The NAICS CODE for this project is 238990, Business Size Standard 14.0 Millions, and a Small Business set aside. The BLM intends to issue a Request for Quote to award a single firm fixed price contract for the Gyp Spring Fence 2014 project location is Carbon County Montana. The Schedule of Items includes: 00010) Gyp Spring Fence 2014 Project. The complete description of the Schedule of Items can be found on the attached Specifications document. Include pricing for each Item on the attached Value Schedule document. The Period of Performance is 50 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
