- Item Unique Identification (IUID) Checklist Engineering Data List (EDL) - Revision 5 Vendor Packaging Instructions Packaging Requirements Notice of Revision (NOR) Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) Test Inspection Report Test Procedures Report Solicitation This solicitation is for a Negotiated contract to cover NSN: 1730-01-130-6700RN; P/N 1732A100-9; NOUN: Auxiliary Drive Assembly; Used to provide power for the loader, Ammunition, GFU-7/E in lieu of A-10 aircraft. Materials: Various Basic Year Requirement is 1 EA First Article with delivery 30 calendar days ARO approved First Article Report. First Article Test Procedures with delivery 60 calendar days ARO contract and First Article Test Report with delivery 240 calendar days ARO contract. Place of delivery for First Article: FE4877. Four Options for 1-4 each are also included. DESTINATION: TBD; DELIVERY: 240 days ARO Exercise of Option. Solicitation and technical data package will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov website only on or about 28 April 2014 with a response date on or about 28 May 2014. All potential offerors should contact the buyer or contracting officer identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the buyer or contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
