- Draft Statement of Work Draft - Request for Information Please see the Draft Request for Information and Draft Statement of Work. MCC has an extensive irrigation portfolio with large infrastructure investments (valued at USD 917.5 million in eight countries) and puts extensive time and effort into thorough due diligence of all irrigation investments, with extensive feasibility studies that inform our initial cost estimates and budget planning. In virtually every case, however, significant cost overruns have led to the need to re-scope the projects, affecting far fewer hectares and beneficiaries than originally planned. With five irrigation projects completed (or nearly so) and three others underway, MCC is interested in reflecting on its experiences with irrigation projects to make decisions about potential future irrigation projects.
