- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and the attached Revised Request for Quotation (RFQ) M67854-14-Q-4400-0003 constitutes the only solicitation being issued; the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-20. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code and applicable size standard for this procurement is listed in Block 10 on the face page of the attached RFQ. All interested and responsible parties shall refer to https://www.fbo.gov in order to obtain a copy of the RFQ. This is an RFQ for the procurement of Outer Routers and Maintenance and is being procured as such. Quotes are being solicited and a written RFQ is attached to this synopsis. Quantity and specifications will be specified in the solicitation.The FAR provisions and clauses that shall apply in this solicitation are cited within the RFQ either incorporated by reference or incorporated by full text. Please see the attached RFQ for additional detail, and other terms and conditions. This is a DPAS rated order with an assigned rating of DO-A7. All questions should be directed to MCSC_ISI@usmc.mil. ALL OFFERORS' PROPOSALS SHALL BE SUBMITTED ON THE RFQ FORM (SF-1449) ATTACHED TO THIS SYNOPSIS. Offerors's proposals for this requirement are due no later than 3:00 PM EST, FRIDAY, MAY 2, 2014. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the FBO system for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM). Online Certifications and Representations is also required. Failure to comply with SAM registration may deem offeror ineligible for award.
