Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure the pharmaceutical Pantoprazole. DELIVERY WILL BE DUE NLT 15 CALENDARY DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ORDER. The quantities indicated are total estimated quantities required nationally: PRODUCTBT SZUNITQTY PANTOPRAZOLE NA 40MG EC TAB 90 BTL 61,691 PANTOPRAZOLE NA 40MG EC TAB 1,000 BTL 4,192 Delivery will be to multiple sites - that is, all seven (7) CMOP facilities, in apportioned quantities that will be specified in the solicitation. The Product Code is 6505, Drugs and Biologicals; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Government anticipates making one or more firm-fixed-price awards. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. More than one award may be issued, dependent upon quantities offered. Solicitation package VA255-14-Q-0955 shall be posted on FedBizOpps on or around May 9th, 2014. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement reference above. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments.
