Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. MONTANA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD W9124V-14-T-0011 REQUEST FOR QUOTE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is set-aside for small-business. The NAICS code is 611699 and size standard is $10,000,000. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26, Effective 1 June 2008 & Class Deviation 2005-00001. Statement of Work 1:SCOPE OF WORK The 83rd Civil Support Team (CST) requires training be conducted to certify its team members to service RAE Systems Monitors equipment and maintenance. The trainer must be an RAE authorized trainer and be able to certify training so that services performed by the trainees will not void the manufacturer's warranty. The ability to perform routine maintenance on RAE Systems equipment is a mission critical task that protects team members' safety and ensures completion of the unit's mission. 2:LOCATION Fort Harrison, MT 3:DATE 19-20 August 2014 4:ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 4.1 Quoted price should include travel, lodging, and meal cost of trainers to Fort Harrison from 19-20 August 2014. 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items (January 1999). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical Capability. If services from offerors are found to be technically equivalent, price will be the determining factor.
