- Purchase Request 0052981604. NSN 1615-01-170-5230. Retainer, Bearing-Lead Lag Link. Part number 7-311411207. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Boeing CAGE 8V613. Any manufacturer other than the approved source who would like to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. The requirement is for 11,580 each. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance Origin. First Destination Transportation applies. The required delivery is 315 DARO. Phased delivery is acceptable. PPRIS-SR applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP). Buyer intends to award IAW existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole source per FAR 6.302. A copy of the solicitation will only be available to requestors by contacting the buyer directly. The anticipated solicitation issue date is April 28, 2014. The anticipated closing date is May 28, 2014.
