Description
DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following corrosion preventive zinc anodes per MILSPECs and material ordering data to be provided: 200 each, 2.500 x 3.500 x 12 Long, 24 LB (anodes will not have one elongated hole in the strap, both holes, in in each strap shall be located in accordance with Fig. 5 of MIL-A-18001L and adhere to all requirement in MIL-A-18001L); 400 each, 2.500 x 3.500 x 12  Long, 24 LB (anode will have 5/8  through holes drilled in the strap, centerlines of both holes shall be located IAW Fig. 5 of Mil-A-18001L and adhere to all requirements in MIL-DT:L-18001L); 84 each, 2.500 x 3.500 x 12  Long, 24 LB, (anode will have 5/8  through holes drilled in the strap, centerlines of both holes shall be located IAW Fig. 5 of MIL-A-18001L and adhere to all requirements in MIL-DTL-18001L); 21 each, 2.500 x 3.500 x 12  Long, 24 LB (anode will have 5/8  through holes drilled in the strap, centerlines of both holes shall be located IAW Fig. 5 of MIL-A-18001L and adhere to all requirements in MIL-DTL-18001L); 4 each, 2.500 x 3.500 x 12  Long, 24 LB (anode will have 5/8  through holes drilled in the strap, centerlines of both holes shall be located IAW Fig. 5 of MIL-DTL-18001L and adhere to all requirements of MIL-DTL-18001L); 3 each, 2.500 x 3.500 x 12  Long, 24 LB (anode will have 5/8  through holes drilled in the strap, centerlines of both holes shall be located IAW Fig. 5 of MIL-A-18001L and adhere to all requirements in MIL-DTL-18001L); 750 each, 2.500 x 3.500 x 12  Long, 24 LB (anode will have 5/8  through holes drilled in the strap, centerlines of both holes shall be located IAW Fig. 5 of MIL-A-18001L and adhere to requirements of MIL-DTL-18001L); 142 each, 2.500 x 3.500 X 12  Long, 24LB (anode will have 5/8  through holes drilled in the strap, centerlines of both holes shall be IAW Fig. 5 of MIL-A-18001L and adhere to requirements of MIL-DTL-18001L); 4 each, 2.500 X 3.500 X 12  Long, 24 LB (anode will have 5/8  holes drilled in the strap, centerlines of both holes shall be located IAW Fig. 5 of MIL-A-18001L and adhere to all requirements in MIL-DTL-18001L). Vendor to supply information specified by RIP 47L, paragraph 1.4.01. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The applicable NAICS Code is 331523. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The non-Manufacturer waiver rule does not apply; therefore, to be considered for award, the anodes must be manufactured by a Small Business manufacturer offering a domestic product (US). The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Bremerton, WA. Offerors wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes on the solicitation document posted to NECO to include pricing and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document. Offerors not submitting a fully completed quote will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-14-Q-0305. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 01 May 2014. The closing date of the solicitation will be on 16 May 2014 at 2:00PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navv.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
