Description

U. S. Census Bureau The U.S. Census Bureau's National Processing Center (NPC) is seeking information from vendors on printing services to refresh its current Variable Data Printing/Print-On-Demand systems. The services in use today were implemented in 2009, and are used to build respondent packages by printing variable data over stored form page images. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or an invitation for bid, nor does its issuance obligate or restrict the Government to an eventual acquisition. The Government will use all information received from this RFI for Market Research purposes only. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses to this RFI nor otherwise reimburse vendors for the preparation of any information submitted or Government use of such information. The Government will make no acknowledgement of receipt of responses, nor will respondents be notified regarding the outcome of the information received. (Please DO NOT CALL this office or add this email address to any marketing database.) However, based on the information provided, and as part of its ongoing market research, the Bureau reserves the right to contact individual respondents for additional information. Please see the attached RFI for complete information on responding to this request.
