- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1 Year Subscription Renewal to SciFinder. This sole source to THOMSON REUTERS (SCIENTIFIC) LLC, 1500 Spring Garden St # 4, Philadelphia, PA, 19130-4067 due to the subscription will be used by scientists and chemists for direct access to more than 9,000 journals and patents covered by Chemical Abstracts and this is a yearly renewal. Any firms believing that they can provide the Subscription to SciFinder Renewal may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship.
