- The Southern Regional Contracting Office, Ft. Gordon, GA intends to issue a purhase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) on a sole source basis to NuTech Medical, Inc. for various patient specific NuCel Allografts. Applicable NAICS is 339112. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at linda.spindler@us.army.mil no later than 5:00 PM Central Time, 1 May 2014. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses received to this notice.
