- Solicitation Standard Form 33 Attachments This solicitation hereby replaces solicitation number SOL-OAA-14-00001. USAID has recently re-established in-house leadership overseeing protocol and special events. The Agency is seeking to obtain contracted support to help leadership develop, coordinate, implement and institutionalize best practices as it relates to protocol, outreach to the Diplomatic Corps and execution of high-level events that increase public awareness of USAID's mission, role and responsibilities.
