- REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Aztec, New Mexico is interested in leasing approximately 4,226 of contiguous rentable square feet (RSF) of first class, high quality office space together with 33, on-site, paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 3,675 ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). Specific Information Technology requirements apply. Preference will be given to first floor space. DELINEATED AREA: The site must be located within the following boundaries: North: City Limits of Aztec, New Mexico East: City Limits of Aztec, New Mexico South: City Limits of Aztec, New Mexico West: City Limits of Aztec, New Mexico LEASE TERM: The term of the lease will be 10 years. OCCUPANCY: Space must be available for occupancy on or before March 15, 2015. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner of manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter of ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 2. Location of space within the building 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet, to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor 7. Amount of parking available on-site 8. Building ownership information 9. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building 10. List of building services provided 11. Contact information for Owner or Authorized Agent 12. Date of space availability WRITTEN NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF SPACE MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 2 PM, EST, ON MAY 12, 2014.
