Description

The National Institute of Health (NIH), Office of Research Facilities, ORF, Division of Amenities and Transportation Services intends to issue on a sole source basis under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 "Only one responsible Source" with Montgomery County, the vendor being located at 101 Monroe Street, 15th floor, Rockville MD 20850. The contractor will provide support services to satisfy the overall operation of leasing 150 parking spaces at the Montrose Commuter Parking Lot located at Gaithersburg Maryland and these spaces are to be used by NIH permit holders. Market research was conducted to determine if there are other sources capable of providing these services, no other sources were found in the specific area. The Government anticipates to award on a fixed price for these services. Written responses to this notice will not be honored and a formal solicitation will not be published, therefore verbal or written requests for copies of a solicitation will not be granted.
