NSWC, IHEODTD intends to award a Sole Source to Docsoft, Oklahoma City, OK for Tranmit-Receive Enhanced Communition System (TRECS) Serves TRS1003 and Mobile MTS1001. This request for quote (RFQ) N00174-14-T-0021 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's www.sam.gov with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code 334118, Size Standard 1000 employees.
