Description
The General Services Administration Public Building Service has a requirement for a fair annual rent appraisal as per attached statement of work and contractor instructions for the following federally owned property: Joseph O'Mahoney Federal Building 2120 Capitol Ave Cheyenne, WY 82001 Rentable SF: 152,402 Structured Parking: 27 Surface Parking: 82 Type of Rate needed: General Use Office, Structured Parking, Surface Parking Appraisal due 45 calendar days after award. See attached documents for assignment specifics. Appraisers must have at minimum a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License. The appraiser must have, or have the ability to acquire via recriprocity, a Certified General Real Estate Appraisal license in the State of Wyoming. Offerors must be regisitered in sam.gov (formerly ccr.gov)
