- The General Services Administration Public Building Servie has a requirement for fair annual rent appraisals as per attached Statement of Work and Contractor Instructions on the following federally owned properties in Utah: IRS Building 173 E 100 N Provo, UT 84606 Rentable SF: 6094 Space type: General Use office James Hansen Federal Building 324 25th St Ogden, UT RSF: 176,043 Space Type: General Use office AND parking Structured parking spaces: 23 Surface parking spaces: 46 See attached documents for assignment specifics. Appraisers must have at minimum a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License. The appraiser must have, or have the ability to acquire via recriprocity, a Certified General Real Estate Appraisal license in the State of Utah. Offerors must be registered in sam.gov (formerly ccr.gov)
