CANCELLATION OF PREVIOUS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS ACQUISITION ACADEMY (VAAA) CONTRACTING PROFESSIONALS SCHOOL (CPS) BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) *****Begin Modification***** DESCRIPTION OF MODIFICATION TO PREVIOUS NOTICE: The purpose of this modification to the previously published pre-solicitation notice is to cancel the solicitation for the subject acquisition. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations (OAO), Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) anticipated soliciting quotations under Solicitation Number VA119-14-Q-0096 for the following: All labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to provide curriculum development and related services for the Contracting Professional School (CPS). Upon further review, the requested services are available under an existing contract to cover CPS curriculum development support until the larger Acquisition Curriculum Development Contract (ACDC) is awarded (please see VA119-13-I-0131 posting for more information on ACDC); therefore, in an effort to reduce redundancy and potential duplication of effort, the anticipated solicitation is hereby cancelled. *****End Modification*****
