- This is a Sources Sought Notice, not a request for quote, proposal, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of small business concerns for potential set-aside. No award will be made from this Sources Sought. No solicitation is available at this time. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a future acquisition. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought notice, and if the Government still plans to proceed with the acquisition, a solicitation announcement will be published on Federal Business Opportunities. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for a future synopsis/solicitation, as they will not be notified. The 5th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources interested in a possible contract to provide Cargo Bed Cover with a horizontal door for a M1165 A1 HMMWV. The vehicle serial number is 345182. The NAICS code is 336211. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the stated requirement. Offerors having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement are invited to provide information to contribute to this Sources Sought notice including commercial market information and company information via e-mail or facsimile (701-723-2696) to Ms. Lisa Peckham at lisa.peckham@minot.af.mil no later than 09 May 2014. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. Any questions or concerns may also be directed to Ms. Lisa Peckham via email or phone, 701-723-4180. This notice is to assist the 5th Contracting Squadron in determining potential sources only. This Sources Sought notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this notice.
