Description

The Fleet Logistic Center, Groton CT office intends to award a sole source purchase order to Dresser-Rand Company for remove a CAP-16 Compressor from the CVN and install the overhauled CAP-16 into the Cryogenics School at St. Juliens Creek Annex, Norfolk, VA. This purchase will be done under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 29 April 2014. This notic is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The approved Sole Source is attached.
