- End Item Application: 04F AIRCRAFT, STRATOFORTRESS B-52 - NSN: 6620-01-067-8336. The solicitation will contain one NSN for a Transmitter. This solicitation will be result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base year and four option years. The proposed award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 1T item; QPL-25624 applies; the approved QPL sources are: Honeywell International Inc., - CAGE 96774 and Phaostron Instrument and Electronic Company, - CAGE 77221. The requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. This is a critical application item. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base and Option Year EAD: 108 each, the total Max Contract Quantity is 540 each. The requested delivery is: 147 Days ARO; FOB: Origin - Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about May 16, 2014. Suppliers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at web portal www.sam.gov. This web portal consolidates the capabilities of the Central Contract Registry (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
