However, the technical drawings/bid sets will only be available after the issue date on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. This item is subject to a Contractor First Article Test Requirement. Two (2) units are to be tested and the report is to be submitted to the Government 60days after the date of the contract.
