- Solicitation number VA786-14-R0153 This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued is for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified SDVOSB to provide all personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary to perform raise, lower, realign, reset and backfill standard flat Marker Granite Headstones onto a new Marker Grid Support System. In addition the contractor is also raise; lower realign, reset and backfill standard flat Marker Granite Headstones onto existing Marker Grid support system at Willamette National Cemetery, 11800 SE Mt. Scott Boulevard, Portland OR, 97086. Awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov and registered in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ All proposals must be submitted through the Department of Veterans Affairs vendor portal website in order to be considered for award. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for downloading amendments.
