This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, Georgia intends to solicit and award a new Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332312- All Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing; Size Standard 500 employees. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation. Notes: 1. DRAWINGS ARE POSTED ON THE LOGCOM CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT WEBSITE. http://www.logcom.marines.mil/Business/Contracts/Contractors.aspx (See above Solicitation Number). 2. Offerors shall state their proposed delivery schedule. 3. By law, all steel used in the manufacture of these supplies must have been produced in the United States, United Kingdom or Canada. 4. Delivery: Marine Corps Logistics Base, Whse 1330, Door 7, Bay 2, Albany GA 31704. śFOB Destination pricing is recommended/ preferred ť. CLIN 0001: SIXCON Water Tank Support Kit, Qty (189 EA), Fabricated in accordance with SOR S-080-07A19004-I dated 7-Mar-14 and applicable drawings 2007E0572 provided. A first sample may be required for quality and technical compliance approval. If first sample is required the Contractor shall not proceed with full production until sample is approved. CLIN 0002: SIXCON Fuel Tank Support Kit, Qty (298 EA), Fabricated in accordance with SOR S-080-07A04014-J dated 26-Feb-14 and applicable drawings 2006K0025 provided. A first sample may be required for quality and technical compliance approval. If first sample is required the Contractor shall not proceed with full production until sample is approved. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 considering the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer and past performance.
