United States (U.S) Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information Technology (OIT) Admin Studio Software Maintenance VA118-13-I-0604 The purpose of this Source Sought Notice is to search for vendors capable of meeting requirement for software maintenance for a quantity of 12, AdminStudio 11 Enterprise with Virtualization Pack. Maintenance shall include: unlimited telephone support requests; Automatic notification of and access to all product updates (free) and upgrades (chargeable for non-Maintenance-Plan-holders) for 12 months; A Maintenance Plan Card detailing all benefits and plan specifics; 24 x 7 access to Knowledge Base; 24 x 7 access to product Web Communities; Sample Code, Sample Projects, and White Papers; Technical Webinars / Online Product Demonstrations; and Unlimited Web-based requests using eService. The period of performance is October 5, 2013 - October 4, 2014. This market research is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government is open to considering teaming and prime/subcontractor relationships for this effort. If interested, please submit a Capabilities Statement, limited to five pages and indicate your teammates and or subcontractors and also denote the business size for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541519. Also, please indicate if you, your teammates and/or subcontractors are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or a Veteran Owned Small Business or if you have any scheduled contract, example General Services Administration (GSA). The VRM CRM Cloud Solution tasks are attached. Responses should be identified with RFI VA118-13-I-0604 in the subject line of your email.
