Section B - Virginia Section B - Tennessee Section B - Pennsylvania Section B - Oklahoma Section B - Ohio Section B - North Carolina Section B - New York Section B - Mississippi Section B - Michigan Section B - Kentucky Section B - Kansas Section B - Indiana Section B - Illinois Section B - Georgia Section B - Florida Section B - Arkansas RFP DJD-14-R-0016 ACS Multi State The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) ha a requirement for Authorized Central Storage (ACS) Chemical Disposal and Destruction services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562112, Hazardous Waste Collection. The Small Business Size Standard is $35.5 Million. DEA has the need to secure the services of one contractor in each state of Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia. A certified/qualified contractor is needed to pick up, transport, and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste stored at state and local ACS locations within the applicable state. The Government intends to procure these services in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiations. It is anticipated that this acquisition will result in the award of a single fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), time and materials contract for each state listed. The anticipated period of performance will consist of one 12 month base period plus four 12 month option periods. Attached please find a copy of RFP DJD-14-R-0016.
