Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice only; it is not a request for proposals or offers. Network Contracting Office 9 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for a contract to provide primary medical care services through a community-based outpatient clinic (CBOC) in Jonesboro, AR. The primary medical care services shall be provided at the Contractor's clinic to approximately 4,100 eligible veterans. The contract period will be for one (1) year from the date of contract award, with four (4) one-year renewal options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code 621498 applies. Network Contracting Office 9 is looking for Outpatient Clinic firms certified in the following categories: Small Business; located throughout the United States. Interested parties should respond to the Contract Specialist, Angela Tucker by e-mail at angela.tucker2@va.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. All interested parties should include the following information: 1. Company profile, including name of business and DUNS number. 2. Description of capabilities. 3. Demonstration of the firm's experience within the past five years, by listing the actual Outpatient Clinics operated as the prime contractor. Provide the following: a brief description of the work performed to include project title and a customer contact name and phone number for a customer knowledgeable of the work completed. 4. The business size and business socioeconomic category; such as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Hub Zone Small Business, etc. Please note, all SDVOSBs and VOSBs must be verified by the office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) prior to receiving any award. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation policy, prospective vendors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration prior to award of contract. Interested parties must respond not later than May 7, 2014 at 9:00am EDT. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced and posted on this website at a later date, and interested parties must respond to the solicitation to be considered for award. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Source Sought Notice. Do not contact any medical center staff in regards to this requirement, as they are not authorized to discuss matters related to this procurement.
