- The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca intends to modify contract W91RUS-13-C-0003, put in place to provide services during completion of the the 2d Cyber Center -Western Hemisphere (2D RCC- WH) formerly known as the 2d Signal Center(2d Sig Ctr),Continental United States (CONUS) - Theater Network Operations and Security Center (C-TNOSC) re-compete acquisition under W91RUS-11-R-0010 completion. The cited contract will be extended for a period not to exceed four (4) months.Contract W91RUS-13-C-0003 was awarded for non-personal Information Technology (IT) services and support requirements on a sole source bridge contract basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) - quote mark Only one responsible source and no other supplies of services will satisfy agency requirements quote mark. Contract W91RUS-13-C-0003 was awarded to STG, Inc., 12011 Sunset Hills Road, Suite 1200, Reston, VA 20190 on 27 December 2012, as a cost-plus fixed fee (CPFF) contract. Contract W91RUS-13-C-0003 currently expires on 30 June 2014. The Period of Performance (PoP) for an additional not to exceed (NTE) four (4) months will be from 1 July 2014 through 30 October 2014. Note, the Government MAY change the currently anticipated four (4) month PoP to a shorter time frame. The NAICS code for this contract is 517110 - quote mark Wired Telecommunications Carriers quote mark with a corresponding size standard of 1500 employees. Funds to be used for the NTE additional four (4) months will be Fiscal Year 14, Operations and Maintenance Army (OMA) funds. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued. Interested parties may express interest and provide a capability statement no later than noon, Mountain Standard Time, 14 May 2014. Responses should be addressed to Contract Specialist Wendy S.
