Description
Market Survey Form This Sources Sought is to notify companies that the Defense Logistics Agency is seeking sources for the potential acquisition of NSN 2510-01-300-0227 (torsion bar, suspension) in support of the M-109 Howitzer weapon system. Anticipated acquisition instrument will involve an indefinite quantity contract (IQC), with one or more base years, plus option years. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of market research being conducted by the Defense Logistics Agency to identify potential supply sources, and to ascertain the competitive nature of any future acquisition for this item. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 336211, which has a corresponding size standard of 1000 employees. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all businesses to include, but not necessarily limited to : 8(a), small business, small disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. The NSN shall be manufactured I/A/W Drawing 19207 12361490-4 and all associated specifications. Contractor first article test (FAT) requirements will apply. Interested parties are requested to complete the attached market survey request and return it to the POC outlined below. A copy of the drawings may be obtained upon request.
