Description

Oscilloscope repair This acquisition is a sole source requirement with Teledyne Lecroy, 700 Chestnut Ridge Road, Chestnut Ridge, NY 10977 for an oscilloscope repair, model SDA 18000-CC. This request for quote (RFQ) N00174-14-T-0057 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's System for Award Management (SAM at http://www.sam.gov ) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code 334515, Size Standard 500 employees, within Online Representations and Certifications Application (OCRA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov ) and (BPN at http://www.bpn.go ).
