- This solicitation number is W912GY-14-T-0039 with the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 238210 and a small business size standard of $14M. This requirement is a [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is May 1, 2014 and closes June 2, 2014 at 11:00 AM PST. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. This procurement is for the purchase and install of one generator, and the installation of government provided battery charging stations. For this solicitation: Delivery to Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, CA 96113 Proposals MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. *** Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing through Army Single Face Industry (ASFI) or may be faxed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Charee Harris or emailed to charee.k.harris.civ@mail.mil. No telephone questions will be accepted.
